to start, my house needs a nickname.

also, come july I will need a new roomate or even a few.
the house has five bedrooms, is on five acres, is on the 39 (no service sunday or after 6)
pet friendly with deposit, rent is 550 plus utilities

id really like to keep this place for another four years or even longer, so long term renters would be nice. (10-12 months +

I'm looking for a place starting in September. So if you haven't found anybody by then let me know.

the 39 does run on sundays.....

just only 7 trips on sunday.


It runs after 6 pm on Mon-Fri
with one at 8:15
and one at 9:43
both leaving UVic towards Royal Oak.
