looks like we're going to lose Music Discussion. I bugged phpBB support admins and support users for months about what could have gone wrong. the closest to an answer that I got was that MAYBE dreamhost identified malicious content with an option called mod_security that I've now disabled. so it's not something that can be fixed within PHP and all my renaming/etc tricks yielded nothing. but chances are (hopefully) it won't happen again. this is my first time running PHP/mysql anything and it's going well so far, it SHOULD be relatively indestructible.

I'll make the board hidden so you all don't lose your postcounts or posting history (which still show up in your accounts) and I'll rename the Temp one to be Music Discussion.

also hey, did you know that I pay about $10 a month to keep this board around? I don't regret choosing dreamhost - it's almost always up and reliable and the bandwidth/speeds/space allotment/php+mysql compatibility are all great. we might do a once-a-year fundraiser for the board at the troyler. it's not a lot of money but hey, it could be fun. then again, we were also thinking of doing a fundraiser for the house itself, and you can only do so many fundraisers.

thanks for hosting it tyler. kinda forget you gotta unpack the whole thing up into a domain for these boards to be up and running.

Tyler, can you move threads from one section to another? What would happen if you moved a thread out of "music Discussion" and put it into the "Temp music discussion"? I wonder if that thread would then allow posting of it those threads are done for good.

I can't even get into the threads in the admin panel, it blank pages the same way
