I might as well do what Troy does. my radio show is on from 4pm-5pm PST (Victoria time) and I play hardcore and sort-of-hardcore and sort-of-not-hardcore. it has been on air on 101.9fm in victoria for about five years. you can listen here on pretty much any computer:

I'm also going to post my playlists in here so you know what to expect. if the thread has been recently been bumped, it probably means I'll be on air soon, but check the clock to be sure. for the playlists, (cc) denotes canadian content, "cr -" denotes something that's been actually sent to the station in the last couple months, 33 A or 45 B or whatever denotes something that's actually being played off vinyl over the air, the time at the end is obviously the track time.

I wasn’t even doing yoga. anyway, something cracked and now it hurts a lot to walk.
