It's merly a shell of it former glory with kids born in the 1990's trying to take the reins.
I definatly post there but its lost its edge a long time ago.

PS I have always defended the likes of Moshzilla and Desire Elyda

I hardly even bother lurking anymore. At least the homophobia, sexism, and general misogyny used to be mildly entertaining. Now it's just a bunch of nerdvirgins posting pictures of girls they'd be afraid to even talk too into real life so they can complain her elbows being too pointy or whatever, and arguments over "ACAB" in which both sides accuse each other being rich white kids who live with their parents. I liked it better when it was about threads about shitting your pants and Rick Ta Life on a horse.

This. Over and over again. There are some legit posters on that board (Amazing Face Rape is great, ex-Pitboss, ex-junkie, solid dude as far as I can tell) but they're vastly outnumbered by just terrible terrible posters and some straight up Reagan youth. I troll every once in a while, but mainly when I'm really high and bored.

So the board sucks now because dudes talked about banging girls...oh no...not dudes talking about sex...as if thats not THE ENTIRE FUCKING INTERNET.

Eh, dude, I dunno. It's overall pretty lame. Could just be me.

I'd say it's less the topic and more how it's discussed that bothers people. I occasionally post there, but regardless of post subject there are a lot of shitty people there celebrating the fact that they are shitty people. It obliges me to ignore/avoid a lot of the content there to get to the few nuggets of interesting info/discussion.

Exactly, but it seems like the B9 board has embraced trolling to the point that it's a standard there and part of the board's personality.

If it was just a bunch of dudes talking about girls it would be whatever, but it's not. It's a bunch of dorks who are afraid of girls posturing like macho assholes and a lot of hype for whatever band is popular that week.

so i would suggest digging through the piles and piles of coat rack scene queens looking for attention in "post your picture threads" and the meatheaded "noodz appreesh" guys for the actual threads about hardcore on there, which prove to be fairly entertaining when you are at work and would rather enjoy stories about harley flannagan trying out for 108 than say, filing incident reports...

This I can relate to.

The majority of the time I spend on the B9 board is spent sifting through really stupid threads, but once in a while I'll find something I'm interested in (usually vinyl related, beef related, or classic old stories related).

And I would LOVE to read that story about Harley trying out for 108.
