This record lable wasn't really doing anything to exciting for me but 2011 looks like it will be a different story.
2011:
Mother of mercy (Troy knows what's up, this will be a jammer)
Foundation (one of my favorite bands around right now)
Defeater (not really huge on this band but they seem to be doing something right)
I feel like there is another one I am forgetting

Like 3 years ago a certain noteworthy fellow told me bridge 9 were gonna go down the shitter and I was shocked by his statement, he went on further to say "they arent the label that puts out no warning records anymore.". He was very right. I really dig mother of mercy since seeing them in '08 but I wouldnt be shocked if they put out a stinker of a record, that being said I hope that is not the case. Foundation rule and i get the feeling they were signed to bridge9 as a desperate attempt to reclaim the attention of people who were losing interest in the labe(it worked for me). Defeater are boring as shit. Also, why hasnt anyone mentioned that dead swans record bridge 9 did? that thing really flew under the radar and is pretty good

Zach and I have had many conversations like this. It's sad, but true.

I'm not sure if it's Bridge 9's fault that they haven't put out anything exciting in years, or simply the state of hardcore. There aren't really many bands who seem to be able to release more than a good 7" these days.

Keith, I don't really care if you like bands or not. You can think a recording of a junkie buggering a cat is the best thing ever set to vinyl. No skin off my nose. But don't try and convince me that it's good.
In before Puff makes a witty remark revealing how much he loves them and I do a facepalm
