Crowbar's ok. The current bass player and drummer are members of Goatwhore and Soilent Green. Can't really back Kirk Weinstein's other projects though...

Oh god, what's that thing he did with Jamie Jasta? So bad.

Crowbar is fucking awesome, though.

Okay, you see that Kingdom of Sorrow song is a great example of why I don't like them. First 30 seconds or so I'm all "Man, this is pretty raging" and I get into it. Then from like the :45 to 1:30 mark I'm all "Okay...uh...this is getting somewhat repetitive" and then from like 1:45 on I'm just bored. They write really amazing songs that should, at best, last for a minute thirty and then drag it out for 3 minutes. Fuck, even the bass player looked bored at a couple of parts in that video.

Oh, and that Beavis and Butthead episode are what introduced me to Crowbar when I was fifteen, so BACKED.

I'm definitely into that, but will insist on three things:

1. I'm getting high.

2. We have to listen to Eyehategod too.

3. We will discuss the possibility that Crowbar causes gravitational orbits.

I will..not get high. But I imagine being stoned would probably, for some, push the CROWBAR listening experience to new levels. I will fucking set aside a good portion of a day to just listen to the CROWBAR discography, and then listen to EHG after.

SLAAAAAAVE NOOOOOOOOOO MOOOOOOOOOOOOOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

To make everything more epic, we'll get portable Ipod speakers and do it at the beach. CROWBAR BEACH FIRE FEST '10.
