I am sure there are others that are closer though. how many are you thinking of making? jewel case? what are you thinking for the cover/back - slips or multiple panels or a booklet?

I was sort of looking into this stuff a bit when I was making a college radio CD promo version of the Watcher 7" (still have to finish them!) but I settled with silver-top green-bottom CD-Rs, kraft gatefold jackets with liner notes pockets (http://www.bagsunlimited.com/p-5811-cd- ... acket.aspx), b/w photocopied cutouts glue-taped to the front and back with radio "RIYL" field on the front, standard 7" liner notes printed out and folded up, separate one-sheet outside of everything in the envelope. I bet you'll probably want something a little more professional and less DIY looking for the comp though.
