Nope on all counts...all PUNK bands!!! I might let you slide on the Pointed Sticks...or shit like some Buzzcocks or Boys shit, etc...but they were still more pop-punk than power pop.Pointed Sticks, Cloak/Dagger, Pink Flag era Wire. Fun 100 were a good example from Vancouver

I'd argue that the Pointed Sticks and Fun 100 could be considered power pop. If they were slowed down a bit they'd fit the description to a T. Fun 100...also more pop-punk. Cloak/Dagger and Wire aren't even on the pop end of the spectrum...
