Just a reminder that the third edition of TALK'S CHEAP DJ night happens tomorrow night, Wednesday the 27th, at Logan's. There will be $3.50 SLEEVES of BEER and $3.50 SHOTS OF TEQUILA. Cheapest beer around tomorrow night, and punk-rock records from 9PM to 1AM.

Handsome Don from CFUV's, " We Are Ugly But We Have the Music" is gonna drop by and spin some tunes for a bit...so I'll take a break and buy you guys beer!!!

Here are a few records you should come pick up, if you don't have 'em...

- VACANT STATE - "Internal Conflict" 7" (Deranged)...Vancouver Hradcore band who might be playing here soon. Good record...two copies left!

- MYELIN SHEATHS - "Do The Mental Twist" 7" (Hozac records)...if you didn't pick one up at the killer show last Thursday, good news...I've got a handfull of copies for sale

- MOBY DICKS - "S/T" 7" (Mammoth Cave)...same deal as above...these guys stole the show last Thurday...if you didn't get a copy before they sold out, grab one tomorrow night.

- VAPID - "Practically Dead" LP (Nominal)...learn all the hits off this killer album before the VAPID show on Feb 6th. I've only got like 2 copies of this record left. Grab one quick.

- PETROLEUM BY-PRODUCT - "Superficial Artificial" LP (Mona Mona)...one of my fave LP's of the last year...self released by thi young Vancouver band...buy this record!

- JOHN ARMSTRONG - "Guilty of Everything"....OK, it's not a record...it's best punk book I've read. John was the guitarist and singer of Vancouver's MODERNETTES...and this his story about growing up and playing in punk bands. BUY THIS BOOK!
