i thought there was one page to this.

To clear up the light boxes. We dig them and when were on the road kids dig them to. Bands do it in the style of music we play it just adds a little bit to the live show. why not right?
and those guys in war heads are fucking assholes and i say this because i went to school with a couple of them and they treated me like shit the whole time. They would spit on me as i walked down the hall. I did nothing about this because i am not the aggressive type and just ignored them because it was preety much pathetic. So that is why they were being dicks while we played because of past history with me.
Anyways this forum is kinda pathetically long the point got across on the first page, we all have our different tastes of music and this is a hardcore forum we are not hardcore and wouldnt expect any fans in this forum

I don't think that anyone was attacking anybody. Reece started a thread where he said he didn't like the drum triggers (which apparently weren't triggers) on FIA's new song, then someone said that they had had their light boxes destroyed at VIHC Fest. We all agreed that whether we like the music or not, they're all pretty rad dudes, and that we like having them play shows. Then it got locked. Did I miss some shit talking? I've been known to do that.

Also, been PM'ing with Alex, dude has been legit and seems fine with everything, so no worries there (I hope).

I completely disagree with this thread's existence - i'm talking about when it was first posted, when it was about their music and their band and their use of triggers - because it's a local band and it doesn't prove anything other than that this board can be over critical of different genres. Like i said before, if you have beef with a band like that, especially when it's local, keep it in your own conversations, it serves no positive role on this board. I knew they (FIA) were going to end up reading it, which just makes this look even more lame. I don't know, if i found a thread critiquing a band i was in, i would laugh and think the people were idiots. which in my view, makes this board pretty weak. furthermore, other people don't take that same reaction and may see it as a dead end into the VIHC community. i know there are certain people within this board that will say 'get over it, bashing is fine, we're punk, FTW', but i'd like to think 'we' are a bit more advanced than the days of high-school. yes, i may be over reacting, but i guess i just like this kind of genre bashing... like i said before, it serves NO constructive roll. like daggermouth says:

Eh, I think you're taking it a little far. I mean, yeah message board drama never helps anyone, but this wasn't that bad as far as it goes. As well, we got something that needed to be addressed taken care of, and everyone agreed to disagree.
