I totally agree that the Moby Dicks were the better band at that last show...but supposedly that was a really off night for the Myelin Sheaths. I'm guessing they will be at their most energetic at the Nobunny show, and they have some decent songs on the two 7 inchers...I'm looking forward to it.

Wednesday June 2nd at Logan's pub...SHAKE SOME ACTION PARTY featuring...The Sonic Avenues from Montreal. Punky,Power-pop shit outa Montreal with a great new LP out on Going Gaga...power-pop, pop-punk and bubblegum records all night long.Anyone know of some secret power-pop or 70's styled pop-punk band in town that I can add to the bill?

I'm almost positive you were told weekend nachos cancelled their tour. Why would Tyler just drop a show as good as this would have been? And in the bizarro world unlikely event that he did, as if we wouldn't have picked up the slack...

tyler flaked out on doing the show before they had even canceled because he's a lazy bastard... but yes, weekend nachos definitely are not coming to canada. i think that band stillbirth from winnipeg (who they were gonna go with) is still doing a tour, but if they haven't been in contact with anyone i'm guessing they're not gonna bother coming here or something?
